Divorced Man takes “His Half” of the House - Using Chainsaw

Separating two lives that have become intertwined can be complicated - and it’s not like you can just split everything down the middle.
Or can you?
That was the answer for a 43-year-old German man, who split the family house in two using a chainsaw. He then used a forklift to take “his” half back to his brother’s house, where he’s been staying since the split.
According to police, the summer house was 26 feet long and 18 feet wide when it was still in tact. “The man said he was just taking his due,” said a police spokesman. “But I don’t think his wife was too pleased.”
I wonder how you protect against that in a pre-nup.
